I can’t say enough amazing things about the team at this UPS Store in Downtown Doral. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now, and every single time they go above and beyond for me. Whether it’s helping with returns or any type of printing task, they’ve always been incredibly patient, considerate, and efficient. Their level of customer service is truly unmatched, they treat you with genuine kindness, professionalism, and hospitality that feels elite. What stands out most is the consistency. No matter who helps me, I can’t even choose a favorite because every single team member has been nothing but supportive and attentive since day one. They make every interaction smooth and stress-free, and I always leave feeling well taken care of. I even drive over an hour sometimes just to come to this specific location because no other UPS Store compares. That alone should tell you how exceptional this team really is. My first time visiting this UPS store and the best experience I have had by far! I was attended by Jose, who truly embodies the characteristics of a star employee. He assisted me with a large return, and was attentive and caring throughout the process. He is an admirable worker that truly enjoys helping others and making connections. During the time he serviced me, he greeted multiple customers whom I could tell he had built rapport with. Overall, great experience and an even better interaction with the top employee, Jose!
